No vapor is releasing from the device.

First check to make sure the cartridge is fully twisted onto the batter. Next, check to make sure that oil is in the cartridge by viewing the oil level through the windows on the cartridge. It is common for the cartridge to release less vapor as the cartridge is nearly depleted. If the cartridge is at least a quarter full of oil and the problem persists, please return cartridge to the dispensary where it was purchased for an exchange.

The battery is stuck in the Recharge Case.

The King Battery must always have a King Recharge Cartridge attached to it before it is inserted into the case for charging per the instructions provided. You may be able to connect a cartridge onto the battery to enable the battery to be removed. Insert a King cartridge into the charging slot where the battery is Gently push down and twist the cartridge on to the battery to engage the threads. Repeat this until you are able to reconnect the battery and remove. Once removed, fully twist the cartridge on to the battery before reinserting into the charging slot.

I cannot draw on the device / no air is flowing as I draw on the device.

Something may be blocking the air holes on the battery and/or the cartridge. Be sure to check all openings for debris. Additionally, try gently warming the base of the cartridge between your hands as the outside temperature may be altering the viscosity of the oil extract. Once warmed and confirmation that there is no debris blocking air holes, try drawing from the device. If the problem persists, please return the cartridge to the dispensary where it was purchased for an exchange.
